Operation ID: listFixtures
Fixture manifests are global, versioned metadata describing what each fixture renders, the developer operations that satisfy its data requirements, its dashboard-editable settings, and its install targets. Coding agents can inspect fixtures here without reading React implementation files.

All operations require a Kismet Developer Bearer credential. Collection and resource authority is resolved from the credential’s installation grants; identifiers in the URL never grant access.
