List published vacation rentals for a manager

GET /v1/developer/collections/{collection}/vacation-rentals

Operation ID: listVacationRentals

Returns published Kismet content within the authenticated application grant. When the credential also holds collection-wide rates.read, each row may add pricing.nightlyFrom, derived from Kismet’s cached calendar plane over the coming window. It is indicative display pricing, never a dated quote. No availability search, booking URL, draft state, or vendor payload is returned. List ordering is stable across pages of one listing pass but otherwise unspecified — do not depend on it; pin a specific rental by id or slug.
